For only $69 plus the cost of the reusable sign ($13) we will visit the location
of the property, take up to 50 pictures, and choose up to 21 views to display.
Each web site provides pictures, a description of the house, and the contact
information that has been submitted.
When The direct web page is opened, you see all the pictures listed
in thumbnail columns . Clicking on a picture will make that it bigger and will start the manual slide show at the spot of the picture selected. Every picture and index page includes a header that provides contact information, and the description of the house listed. (Click here for examples)Unique ID Numbering:
The id #'s are designed for easy use. Here's an example of how it works:
ABC homes is assigned a group of id #’s, 101-199. Each agent in the office gets a # out of that group. Agent 1 gets id #101 and that agents first listing is letter A, so the web address for listing A is “ThisHouse4u.com/101a”.The agents second house is 101b etc.
When agent 101 sells or rents the listing, they take their sign and id# on to their next listing location.
What happens when the id# is not being used?
You own that id#, therefore, during the transition period between homes being listed, we will, at no additional charge for 90 days, make it your private web site to say what ever you want it to say. All you have to do is submit a Microsoft Word Doc attachment via E Mail that is made exactly how you want it. (color, font, size etc). Please, no jpg. or gif. (pictures) attachments on this free site.

id#) to other web sites?Yes you can, being your id# has been assigned to you and your office, that makes it
very simple to do, without having to update your web page each time your property sells or you get a new listing. Just use the web address including your unique id# as a link from other web pages.Current Service Areas:
The greater Sacramento area, including Roseville, Rocklin, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, West Sacramento, Davis, and Elk Grove. We will be expanding to new areas soon.
What if I’m Out of Your Service Area?
If you have listings in other areas, we offer a $49 self service package for our out of service area Brokers. All the Broker has to do to submit the pictures is E mail them to us or drop off a disk of the pictures.

Payment for
Services:Payment is due at the time we take or accept the pictures. We except personal or business checks, money orders, or Cash. We are
unable to accept credit card payments at this time.
